Terms of Service

1. The Service

Stable Audit ("Stable Audit", "we", "us") monitors and publishes publicly available on-chain events related to stablecoin issuers, including account bans, unbans and fund burns. The public website, Telegram channel and address Checker are free. Paid plans add personal alerts for wallets you choose to monitor and, on Pro and Desk, webhook delivery and the Client API.

2. Eligibility and prohibited use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not use the Service if you are a person subject to sanctions, or on behalf of such a person.

You agree not to misuse the Service: not to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, scrape it at a scale that degrades availability for others, resell it without our agreement, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including to evade sanctions, law-enforcement actions or court orders, or to handle proceeds of crime. We may refuse, suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

3. Your account and API keys

You sign in with Telegram or Google and are responsible for activity on your account. API keys are secret: keep them on your servers, never in a browser or public code, and revoke a key in your cabinet if it may have leaked.

4. Paid plans

Personal and Pro plans are prepaid from your internal USDT balance for the term you choose (1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months), at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Desk terms are agreed individually.

A plan renews automatically at the end of each term for the same term, at the price in effect on the renewal date, if your balance covers it. We send reminders 14, 7 and 1 day before renewal. If the balance is short, the plan stays active for a 3-day grace period while we retry the charge; after that the account moves to the Free plan, personal alerts stop, and monitored wallets are paused (not deleted).

Upgrades take effect immediately: the unused part of the current paid period is credited to your balance and the new term starts that day. Downgrades, term changes and cancellation take effect at the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not return money for the current period.

5. Balance, deposits and withdrawals

You top up your balance by sending USDT on Tron (TRC20) or Ethereum (ERC20) to the deposit address shown for that top-up. Only USDT is credited, and we credit the amount that actually arrives. Deposits are screened by our payment provider; a deposit that fails this check is not credited and is returned to an address you provide on the same network.

The balance is used to pay for Stable Audit plans. It is not a bank or deposit account and earns no interest. You can request a withdrawal of your unused balance by writing to our administrator through the contact form; withdrawals are reviewed and processed manually to a wallet you specify.

6. Suspension

If we suspend an account for a breach of these Terms, its paid period ends without credit. The remaining balance can be requested as described in section 5, unless applicable law or a lawful request requires otherwise.

7. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The information we publish is derived from public blockchain data and is provided "as is". You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on it and for making sure your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any event will be detected, or that an alert will arrive within a particular time. An initiated issuer action can be executed at any moment; an early warning does not guarantee that you will have time to act. On-chain data may be delayed or reorganized by the underlying network.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stable Audit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service or from events not detected, delayed or published inaccurately.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and material changes to paid plans are announced on the site before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
